Vacuum Pump Fails to Run
- Check that a Thermostat is calling for heat.
- Check the main Electrical Power Supply, fuses or breakers.
- Check for power to the Control Panel or Relay.
Vacuum Pump Runs - But Little to No Vacuum
- Check the direction of the impeller rotation.
- Are the End Vent Caps installed in all of the Branches?
Vacuum Pump Runs - But No Power to Burners
- Check the Vacuum Switch.
- Check voltage to Burner terminals.
- Check Relay.
- Check individual Burner control.
No Power to Burner
- Check if correct Thermostat is calling for heat.
- Check for 120VAC supply at Burner.
No Gas Supply
- Ensure manual supply valve to the System is turned ON.
- Ensure gas valve knob on Burner gas control is ON.
- Check for 24V across valve terminals during ignition trial time.
Burner Does Not Light
- Ensure spark is present during ignition trial.
- If no spark is present during ignition trial, check control module & check for cracked igniter insulation.
- Ensure there is gas flow during ignition trial.
- Purge gas lines.
- Ensure Filter is not obstructed.
Burner Does Not Stay Lit
- Check sensor wire from ignitor for continuity.
- Measure flame signal current, it should be above 5 µA - DC.
- Regulator adjustment may be necessary.
- Ensure Filter is not obstructed.
